Sanaf Marketing LLC – Payment Refund Policy

For the entirety of this document, “we,” “our,” “us,” and “Sanaf Marketing LLC” refer to Sanaf Marketing LLC, the owners of this site and the service providers. When you visit our website or purchase our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the services provided by Sanaf Marketing LLC, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the services and should discontinue the use of our website and services.

Refund Eligibility

Sanaf Marketing LLC offers refunds for services availed directly from our website or sales team, subject to the conditions set forth in this policy.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact the customer service department at contact@sanafmarketing.com or by phone at +1 (929) 653-2597. The client should provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A detailed reason for the refund request
  • Any additional information that may be requested

Upon receiving the refund request, we will review it and determine its eligibility. If the refund is approved, the refund process will begin within 5 to 7 business days from approval.

Refund Conditions

  1. Full Refund
  • If a refund request is made within 48 hours of the purchase or before the delivery of services, the client will receive a full refund minus a 10% service and processing fee.
Partial Refund
  • If a refund request is made within 48 to 120 hours after receiving the service or deliverable, the client will receive a partial refund of 33% minus a 10% service and processing fee.
No Refund After 120 Hours
  • After 120 hours from receiving the initial service or deliverable, no refund requests will be considered, unless Sanaf Marketing LLC fails to deliver the agreed-upon service or deliverable as outlined in the proposal.
Refund Exclusions
  • No refund requests will be accepted after final files have been delivered or once the service has been completed and launched.
  • Refunds do not apply to services that are non-returnable, such as ongoing services (SEO, SMM campaigns, etc.), domain purchases, hosting services, or custom design work once approved by the client.

Late Payment and Cancellations

If payment is not made as per the agreement, Sanaf Marketing LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services. If services are canceled due to non-payment, the client will be required to pay for all services delivered up to the termination point.

If the client wishes to cancel the service after 25 days, no refund will be applicable. However, Sanaf Marketing LLC can hold the project, and the client may resume it at a later date.

No Refund for Change of Mind

Once work has commenced or designs have been approved, the client is not eligible for a refund due to a change of mind or other personal reasons. Refund requests will be considered only when the project is not completed according to the agreed brief.

Modification of Policy

Sanaf Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on our website.
