Payment Policy

Payment Terms

 

  1. Payment Structure:
  • All services provided by Sanaf Marketing LLC require an initial deposit of 50% of the total project cost before work commences.
  • The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and prior to final delivery.

 

  1. Recurring Services:
  • For ongoing services, such as SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Website Management, payments are due on a monthly basis and must be received by the 1st of each month.

 

  1. Late Payments:
  • Payments not received within seven (7) days of the due date may result in a service interruption. A late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount may also apply.

 

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
  • Sanaf Marketing LLC accepts payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other electronic payment methods specified on our invoice.

 

  1. Refund Policy:
  • Payments for completed services are non-refundable. For canceled projects, refunds (if applicable) will be issued for incomplete work at the sole discretion of Sanaf Marketing LLC.

 

Liability

 

  1. Service Delivery:
  • Sanaf Marketing LLC endeavors to provide high-quality services. However, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes for services like SEO, advertising campaigns, or reputation management, as these depend on factors beyond our control.

 

  1. Third-Party Tools and Platforms:
  • Sanaf Marketing LLC may use third-party tools, software, and platforms for delivering services. We are not liable for disruptions, errors, or issues caused by these third-party platforms.

 

  1. Client Responsibility:
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, materials, and approvals to ensure the success of projects. Sanaf Marketing LLC is not liable for delays caused by client inaction or errors.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanaf Marketing LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Project-Based Services:
  • Clients may cancel project-based services by providing written notice at least seven (7) days prior to the agreed project start date.
  • If a project is canceled after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

 

  1. Recurring Services:
  • For recurring services (e.g., SEO or Social Media Marketing), clients must provide a written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days in advance.
  • Failure to provide notice will result in billing for the subsequent billing cycle.

 

  1. Sanaf Marketing LLC’s Right to Cancel:
  • Sanaf Marketing LLC reserves the right to cancel services at any time if the client fails to meet agreed-upon obligations or violates any terms of service.

 

  1. Refunds:
  • Refunds for cancellations will be determined based on the stage of project completion and at the discretion of Sanaf Marketing LLC.
